Support - Midwife/NiCU

🧡 Empowering Midwives & Their Mums

Midwives are the heart of so many birthing journeys—and we’re proud to support them too. Across New Zealand and Australia we’ve:

  • Donated pumps directly to midwives so they can recommend, demonstrate, and use our products confidently with their clients.

  • Provided exclusive discount codes for midwives to share with their mums, ensuring access to affordable, high-quality pumping solutions right from the start.

This connection means midwives can continue to empower their clients with trusted, mum-designed tools that make feeding easier and more accessible.

🤝 Community Involvement - Little Miracles Trust - supporting families in NICU

Supporting the Smallest Fighters & Their Mums

At Tiny Bloom, our mission has always been about more than just creating smart, comfortable breast pumps. It's about supporting mums through their most vulnerable moments—especially when the start to motherhood doesn’t go as planned.

Every year in Aotearoa New Zealand, more than 5,000 babies are born prematurely or require neonatal care. That’s one every 90 minutes. Many arrive as early as 23 weeks, and others—born full-term—face unexpected medical challenges that require urgent admission to NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Units) or SCBU (Special Care Baby Units).

For these families, the joy of welcoming a new baby is often met with fear, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion. Surrounded by wires, monitors, and the hum of machines, mums are suddenly thrown into a world they never prepared for. It’s traumatic, overwhelming—and it can feel incredibly isolating.

đź’› Partnering With Purpose

That’s why we’re proud to partner with a special trust committed to “making a difficult start to life that little bit easier.”

Through this partnership:

  • We provide our Tiny Bloom Pumps to the Trust at a discounted rate, enabling them to resell at an affordable price while supporting their cause.

  • These pumps go directly to mums in hospital—many of whom are expressing milk for babies in incubators, unable to nurse in the early days or weeks.

  • We’ve also donated pumps directly to the hospital units, so nurses and lactation consultants can let new mums trial the pump first, before deciding to purchase.

🌱 Why It Matters

These are not just purchases. These are lifelines for mums who want to bond, nourish, and feel empowered—when so much else feels out of their control. Being able to provide a quiet, comfortable, hospital-grade pump during this time helps reduce stress, support milk supply, and give mums a small piece of confidence back.

We’re honored to be even a small part of that journey.

👩👧👦 Our Promise

We’ll continue to find ways to support neonatal mums and trusts doing incredible work in our community. Because no one should face those early, fragile weeks without the support and tools they need to feel strong, capable, and cared for.

At Tiny Bloom, we see you, and we stand with you.
