Returns Policy
"Fit and Flow" support guaranteed. If you are having any issues with putting your pump together or working is should, please reach out to me at support@tinybloom.co.nz, on messenger or Instagram messenger with videos or a message with your issues and we will do our best to trouble shoot them with you.
Please note many factors can contribute to low milk supply resulting in disappointing milk expressing results, please seek advice from a lactation consultant, midwife, Plunket or support person if needed. Poor expressing results does not necessarily mean the pump is faulty.
Exchanges: If you have found you have ordered the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange this item for you within 14 days of your order, if the original item is returned in the original packaging. Postage will be at your expense.
If you receive your item and change your mind you have 14 days to return it if it is still in the original packaging. (We will refund you the cost of the product but not the shipping cost to or from you). This is for both New Zealand and Australia.
Returning a New Product: Please email prior to returning any products, please include your order number full shipping name and full email address so we can look up your order correctly. The product must be unopened returned in original packaging and original condition with all original components. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and can take up to 5 - 10 to be processed through your provider. They will be actioned within 5 days in our store once the item is received back in stock,
Returning a possible faulty pump within 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact us first so we can help with trouble shooting ideas to see if the motor is faulty. with your order number or full shipping name so we can look out for your return and process it more efficiently. Once the pump is received we will test it and assess if it is faulty, if faulty we will send you a replacement pump. Your pump has a 12mth mechanical warranty. If you have not used the correct the USB charge port 5V 1AMP for the pumps it will void your warranty. The cost of postage for the return of a faulty product will be covered by us. We will send you a return shipping label to print and place on your package. This applies for both NZ and AUS.
We will not accept returns on Breast Pumps once used due to Health reasons.
