Nipple Sizing Guide - How to Measure for the Perfect Fit
Getting the right nipple shield size is crucial for comfortable and effective pumping. Here's your step-by-step guide to finding your perfect fit.
What You'll Need
- A ruler or measuring tape (millimeters preferred) - or try our measuring card for easier sizing
- A mirror for better visibility

- Good lighting
Step-by-Step Measuring Instructions
1. Measure Your Nipple Diameter - Measure across the base of your nipple (not the areola) at its widest point. This should be done when your nipple is at rest, not erect.
2. Add 2-4mm for Comfort - Your nipple shield should be 2-4mm larger than your nipple diameter to allow for comfortable movement and prevent friction.
