Shipping policy

Your important order will be prepared, and dispatched within 24 hours.  
Your tracking number will be automatically sent within 48 hours. We use express tracked shipping within New Zealand, this will generally be delivered between 2-5 business days and for Australia delivery between 4 and 10 days. World Wide shipping is between 5 and 12 days.  

Please check in high demand times we may have to put "pre-order dates" of the date we expect to ship to you. We will clearly have this date next to the product when you add to basket. We do not want to disappoint you, so we usually allow extra time and we can often send earlier.
