Please check we may have to put a “pre-order date for delivery” on a product of when we expect it to us, if it is not currently in our stock room. We will clearly have this date next to the product when you add to basket. We can often send earlier than the “pre order date”. If shipping to us is held up we will let you know via email of the delay.

How often do I change the filters?

The steriliser also comes with a spare hepa filter so your bottles, teats, pacifiers and pump parts come out nice and dry using clean filtered air to do so. These filters last at least 6mths and we have put a spare filter in your steriliser, so you have at at least 12mths of constant use before you need to think about replacing it. We have replacement filters.

Does it only heat Tiny Bloom products?

No - The steam steriliser unit fits 4x universal sized bottles and all the bits and bobs to go with those bottles easily to sterilise, it has a default time set but you can choose the time that suits you best.

How does it heat my bottle/food ?

Take the top parts off, there is a bottle tray that you place down. Pour in half the amount of water that is in your bottle in the tray, select your temp and wait for the beep. This way there is less chance of over heating or under heating for baby and fantastic for partners or caregivers, it can heat up to 2 bottles at a time, or can warm soft food in a plastic or glass bottle size container. Any bottles with circumference up to 24cm and height of 16cm fit easily.

How often should I descaling my Steriliser and how?

This depends on the area where you live and the quality of your water.  If the water in your area is "hard" then you may need to descale every 14 days.  If it is "medium" then every 21 days and "soft" every 28 days.  If you notice any limescale around before the descale is due you can descale more often.  We recommend you use a descaler that is suitable for use with stainless steel ie coffee machine.  Alternatively you can use white vinegar and baking soda.  Leave until limescale is removed but no longer than 24 hours.  Wipe clean and rinse thoroughly before use again.  

If you find your water is "hard" and you are having to descale more often, then you can alternatively use already boiled, cooled, water from your jug.  

Does it have a warranty?

Yes the motor has a 12 month warranty that starts at the time of purchase, only with the person who purchased it. If you have any issues we will ask you for a short video to show what is going on or we will get you to send it back to us so we can have a look, and if found faulty we will send you a new base.
