Why Replace Parts?

Over time, the diaphragm and valve and flanges—essential for maintaining optimal suction—may weaken with regular use. To ensure your pump continues working efficiently, we recommend replacing these parts every 4-8 weeks depending on use and care and the flanges every so often.  

If left unchanged, worn parts can strain the motor and reduce suction, making pumping less effective. Having this replacement pack on hand keeps everything running smoothly, so you can focus on what matters most. 

 

 

Delivery Information

🇳🇿 New Zealand

We ship via NZ Post with delivery within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Rural delivery is included at no extra charge.

🇦🇺 Australia

We ship via NZ Courier Direct, which connects with Australia Post for last-mile delivery. Please allow 4–10 days. International shipping costs more, but we’ve absorbed a portion of that cost so you can get your order sooner.

🌎 International

For all other destinations, please allow 5–10 bussiness days for delivery.

A Note on Dispatch

Due to global fuel and logistics conditions, there are occasional times when your pump may be dispatched from our international warehouse rather than our local stock. In these cases, please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Pre-Orders

If a product is not currently in stock, we’ll display an estimated delivery date clearly on the product page before you add it to your cart. We often dispatch earlier than the pre-order date — but if there’s any delay on our end, we’ll notify you by email straight away.
