Step-by-Step Measuring Instructions
1. Measure Your Nipple Diameter
Measure across the base of your nipple (not the areola) at its widest point. This should be done when your nipple is at rest, not erect.
2. Add 2-4mm for Comfort
Your nipple shield should be 2-4mm larger than your nipple diameter to allow for comfortable movement and prevent friction.

Compatible with all of our pump shields, either for the hand held pump or our wearable pump, the insert helps to decrease the size of the suction tunnel and makes the existing 24/25mm shields smaller. Bought in a 2pk consisting of 1x 19mm and 1x 22mm.

Delivery:
NZ delivery - will be delivered by NZ Post for delivery within NZ for shipping within 1-3 days depending on where you live.
AUS delivery - We use NZ Courier Direct from NZ to Australia and that links in with AUS Post. Delivery is between 4-10 days. It is more expensive but we have chosen to absorb some of that cost for you so you can get your parcels sooner.

We will clearly have this date next to the product when you add to basket. We can often send earlier than the "pre order date".
