• Room Temperature: Up to 4 hours (ideal), 6 hours (acceptable)
• Refrigerator: Up to 4 days (ideal), 5-8 days (acceptable if very clean)
• Freezer: Up to 6 months (ideal), 12 months (acceptable)
• Thawing: In refrigerator overnight or in warm water (never microwave)
• After Thawing: Use within 24 hours, do not refreeze

From Frozen:

• Defrost in cool or room-temperature water first
• Once thawed, warm slowly in warm water or bottle warmer

• Test temperature before feeding

NZ delivery - will be delivered by NZ Post for delivery within NZ for shipping within 1-3 days depending on where you live.  WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR RURAL DELIVERY.

AUS delivery - We use NZ Courier Direct from NZ to Australia and that links in with AUS Post.  Delivery is between 4-10 days.  It is more expensive but we have chosen to absorb some of that cost for you so you can get your parcels sooner.

World Wide - Please allow 5 and up to 10 days for your order to arrive.
