At Tiny Bloom, we want every mum to feel confident and supported on her pumping journey. If your pump isn’t working as you hoped, we’re here to help! We’ll work with you on sizing, parts, and troubleshooting until it performs at its best for you.
Faulty Products
Your peace of mind matters to us. If your product arrives faulty, please email us at support@tinybloom.co.nz with your order number. We check emails daily and will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please note: Many things can affect milk supply, and disappointing pumping results don’t always mean your pump is faulty. If you’re unsure, we recommend seeking advice from a lactation consultant, midwife, Plunket, or your support person.
Returns – Unused Products
If you need to return an unused product, please email us first with:
- Your order number, Full shipping name and Email address
- Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition with all components included. Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Returning a Pump for Assessment
If you think your pump might be faulty:
- Email us at support@tinybloom.co.nz with your order number and a description of what’s happening.
- We’ll guide you through some troubleshooting steps first.
- If it still needs to come back, we will send you a return shipping lablel so we can assess it quickly.
Once received, we’ll test your pump:
- If it’s faulty, we’ll send you a replacement.
- If it’s working correctly, we’ll return it to you.
Your pump includes a 12-month mechanical warranty, but please note that using the wrong USB charger (not 5V 1AMP) can void this warranty.
Important to Know
- All returns must be sent with tracked courier.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs for a faulty product are covered by Tiny Bloom.
